These Terms of Service govern your use of australianmealreplacementshakes.com.au and purchases made through the website. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale or use the website in a way that affects other users.

2. Product information

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, images, prices and availability current. Product packaging and information may be updated. Always read the physical label supplied with the product before preparation or use, particularly if you have allergies or dietary requirements.

3. Food and health information

Our formulated meal replacement products are foods. Website information is general information and is not medical advice or a promise of individual results. Results and suitability vary between people. Follow the label directions and consider your overall diet and lifestyle.

4. Scientifically formulated

References to “scientifically formulated” mean the products have been developed using established food-formulation principles and are formulated and labelled to meet applicable Australian requirements for formulated meal replacements. This wording does not mean the products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and it does not guarantee a particular result.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your checkout confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We may decline, cancel or limit an order before dispatch if stock is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment is not authorised, delivery is not possible or fraud is reasonably suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Pricing, discounts and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Automatic buy-more-and-save discounts apply only when the stated quantity and eligibility conditions are met. The discount available at checkout controls if website copy and checkout differ. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.

7. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Risk in the products passes on delivery, subject to rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Shipping Information page for further details.

8. Returns, refunds and guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and the conditions applying to damaged, incorrect, faulty and change-of-mind requests are set out on the Returns & Refunds page. That policy forms part of these terms.

9. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login information confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Intellectual property

Website copy, graphics, photography, videos, product presentation and other content are owned by us or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, adapted or used commercially without written permission.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is truthful, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. We may moderate or remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful or unrelated. We will not use identifiable customer content in marketing without the permission required by law.

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The version published when you place an order applies to that order, except where a legal or regulatory change requires otherwise.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
